I would try to take a poop specimen to the vet tomorrow or take the babies. 21 days is usually a little young to be having cocci or worm problems especially if they are nursing mama or getting raw milk, but it is possible. The albon I use looks just like water. It does taste bad but if you give it in the milk they don't notice it. I prefer to squirt it in the mouth so I know they got the correct dosage. I have never had any that was thick. You can get a small bottle of it from the vet so you don't have to buy a gallon.
