I'm wondering if anyone out there can help me identify a plant or two that I've had trouble identifying. Our goats seem to shy away from these particular plants. I've asked around but no one in our area has been able to give me a name. Of course I have not tried the county extension agent yet. That would be a trip there and back. This first plant appears to look almost like a tomato plant but has more definite shape to it. Grows little yellow flower buds that droop down at first.

Please see the attached photo and thank you for your help.
