I am very new to goats and have just recently purchased 10 doelings. I bought a % mixture of 1/2, 3/4 & 7/8 Boers with the remaining percentage being Nubian. A while after buying them I came across an article somewhere, (can't find it now) about the size of the doe milk bags being very important and that very large bagged does, (dragging on the ground or close to it)should be culled form your herd. I am worried now as most of the does of the kids have very large bags and some of them, the nipples actually are dragging the ground. Is this true?
