Tom ever see kids nursing the dam? Older kids hit the udder so hard I have seen it lift the dam into the air, hardly think you are milking her that rough! :) Lots of does when they first freshen or in your case, she is probably getting more to eat and is flush with milk, burst the capillaries right under the skin of their udder, making more room for this new milk. This should go away on its own, just keep her clean and milked out.
