I'd watch for bloat. Keep the mineral or vegetable oil handy and some baking soda (I use 1-3 Tbls depending on the animal) to mix in 4 oz. or so of water. It's a messy treatment!

If 3-4 animals ate 5-6 pounds of feed, I wouldn't be too awfully worried about it. A milking doe can eat 3 pounds or more while she's on the stanchion!

You didn't say how old these does are but if they are grown then they shouldn't get sick from the amount of feed they ate. Just keep an eye on them and threaten them with the mineral oil! Mine hate that stuff!
