I understand your frustration but this doesn't just happen in goats.The bottom line is that you must know the animals in question or you must know the breeder. Papers don't mean a hill of beans when you're talking about productive animals.Unless the IBGA decides to go to DNA testing no one really knows if the ancestors listed on a pedigree are true or false.Unfortunately this is the real world and this is the way it is. Caveat emptor(buyer beware)make friend with soemone who knows Boers and learn learn learn-then go looking for goats!
