We choose to give our CD&T shots in the muscle to hide the granuloma that naturally occurs in animals with high ammunity. So we choose the rear leg, making sure not to impact the nerve, or the neck. In meat kids it is common practice to give the shot subQ just under the skin behind the front leg, over the ribs. Vicki McGaugh
