Thanks Gary,
She looks about the same tonight, kind of spacey.
Had to do a 12 hr shift again today and tomorow and don't have the time I'd like to watch her. She let me sneak up on her where she was lying when I got home, let me rub her head and down her sides and put in a rectal thermometer. When I tried to put the thermometer back in for a recheck she went hyper freaky and started bouncing off the walls. Decided she was alert enough to go back with the others and put her in a small pen with two other young pregnant does. Not sure if it was a good idea, maybe should have left her quiet on her own but don't want drag her back now. Her temp yeasterday was 101.6, tonight 103. She was grinding her teeth a little yesterday but I didn't notice it tonight. Vet called today and also advised not to change her diet. He also left message that her thiamine level was not too far off and he'll call me next week and explain. I'm looking for some reassurance, do you think she sounds like she'll be okay 'till Monday - she looks still 'off' but so much better than yesterday morning. Don't want to bug my vet more than necessary either. And what does teeth grinding indicate? Thanks for the suport - Janet
