I had a doe do that last year, after a couple weeks she acted like she didn't want to feed them. ( so I thought) but she was really just rejecting one, The other two was allowed to eat, so I took the one and everything was alright. I guess she didn't have enough milk to feed three and she knew it. But I'm not sure about the moaning though. hope this helps.
