If it is thiamine deficiency or polio the fortified Vit B should have taken effect in a matter of minutes. If it brought him out of the seizure give him some for about 3 days once a day unless he has a seizure then give him some then. Also check his ears to make sure nothing got in one, this would make him circle also. Thiamine deficiency usually makes them blind for a few minutes,sometimes longer. Hope all is well by now.
