Thanks to all for your advise. I got to the vet yesterday and he gave me SMZ-TMP one twice a day for 10 days. My friend came over just as I got back and she helped me get the first pill in him last night. I can tell he is feeling a little better because he was up yesterday each time I went to check on them and he was chewing on my coat and pants. I just hope he gets straightened up soon. Again thanks to all its nice knowing we have people out there who cares the same as we do.
