Some of the pregnancy tests that I know about are: (1) Absence of heat cycles, (2) Milk test, (3) Ultrasound and (4) X-ray. In summary, #3 and #4 are probably the only two of these methods that could give a positive/negative result. Some does continue to go in heat throughout their pregnancy. The Milk Test might work if your doe were a current milker, but if no milk, then no test. The most common signs that most folks notice, you have already noticed. A BIG Belly and BIGGER teats. Unless you just have more money than you know what to do with, I would just wait it out and keep watching.
