I would have a few reservations about getting these goats for breeding purposes. I have heard that the longer you wait to breed a goat, the more difficult time they will have with the delivery. Something about the pelvic area fusing as the goat gets older, never being stretched from kidding. The other thing is that "fat" goats have more kidding problems. I think it may take a while for these goats to loose the adequate amount of weight that it sounds like they need to loose. It would be a shame to invest in them, and then have alot of problems, especially if your purpose of having them is for milk goats. I would start with some youngsters if I were you. Just my 2-cents. :)
