It would depend on what's causing the scours. If your wether has coccidia the pepto and electrolytes will not cure him. He will need amprolium or another coccidiostat to kill the parasite before he gets better. You need to have a fecal test run by a vet to see if your goat has coccidia. This parasite can kill so finding out if he has it is very important!
