if you are not sure I would advize against it as CL is contagious to humans. And it it is there is the possibility it could be internal as well. I know in our meat goat coop if we do not carefully inspect the goats that come for meat auctions for Cl and its there internally when they butcher we get stuck with a big mess. Where exactly is it locateda nd what does it look like? How long has it been there? There may be a chance its not CL and maybe a salivary cyst, etc. Hope this helps.
