I was talking to a local goat breeder trying to find someone that does C-sections on goats just to have all my bases covered when Gabby has her babies.
He gave me a list of vets that do C-sections on goats.
He also told me some vets will try to use the standard for dogs at the same weight as the goat for anesthesia and that can be very dangerous. Goats don't need as much anesthesia as dogs.. There is a very fine line for goats. The best is monitoring the vitals constantly when administering anesthesia.
That's all I have been able to come up with so far.
Good luck with your little soon to be wether buddy! He sounds precious!
