My first thoughts are founder or CAE. If it is founder the feet will probably feel warm. If CAE the knees will probably be swollen. If she is not pg or making milk she needs very little grain, if she is neither of these cut off her grain for a few days or give her very little and see if it helps some and be sure her feet are trimmed.
