This year, I crossed my new Obi Buck with my antique pain-in-the-rear Toggenburg and was so suprised at what I got. (I couldn't find a non-related buck in the area so a recorded grade is just as nice -hybrid vigor )

The whole 150 days waiting I kept trying to immagine what I'd get for colors.. Well, I ended up with a correct colored Togg doe (real dark chocolate brown) and then a buck that was Obi colored with white highlights too. Interesting at the very least. Well, guess who got who's personalities?

The buck has already learned to lead well, comes when called, dosn't try to jump out open windows in the barn. The girl on the other hand...sigh....didn't get the brains of the operation. (musta been mom.. or those damn togg markings) Gorgious kid.. but we need to figure out that legs can work when you're being led :-) I can see myself at Nationals.. I know.. I'll glue her to a skateboard a roll her around the ring.. lol...

Don't get me wrong, I love all my goats, especially the "gifted ones" :-)
