sounds like she is dairy, you didn't mention breed, but I figured from production she is dairy.
While 3rd teats are common in meat goats, especially boers, and there was a controversary 4 yrs ago on this, it isn't as common in many of the dairy. I may be wrong, but think that nubians are common for this, wait... read that in an article about 3-4 teats a few yrs back on the boers crosses, its been blamed on the nubians and their crossing from africa where they originated.

It is a falut in the ring for dairy unfortunately. And as for passing it on, well, its theb luck of the draw. I have a dear friend who breeds alpines, and her top doe nationally has in her lines 3 teats.

If you are attached then keep her but if you have to as gary mentioned cull for business then I would. i know its hard to cull, had to do some hard culling recently, was my first time. i agonized for weeks.
