It is unusual for wethers with that much Boer in them to have a problem gaining weight if they have been wormed regularly and haven't had a cocci problem. You could sprinkle some Calf Manna on their feed and you could start adding some shelled corn to each feeding. Just start with a hand full of corn and gradually work up to almost half and half. If any get loose stools back off on the corn start adding it again when poop is normal again. Some goats cannot tolerate much corn. Keep baking soda out to help the rumen.
