Thanks for some of the info Vicki. My buck was younger and we did purchase him late in the breeding season he was bout 9 mo. old. Selinium in our area is good according to the map I got from the vet but just to make sure I put out selinium salt with A & D every once in a while and they have it gone in about a week. I'm thinking that maybe you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned a younger buck. And I do have to admit when I first purchesed my does I was not very informed on fedding and mineral so could it have been at the time of breeding I was not feeing them any thing but corn and wild grass hay also went from sheep block to horse block then later learned about the loose cattle mineral. So hopefully next MAy when I talk kidding again I will be mentioning twins!! Hope so. Thanks a bunch Vicki
