Been there... done that...

If you can't afford to spend the big bucks on some heavier duty fence like the field fence or cattle pannels, fortify what you have with 2-3 strands of hot wire. I'd either run insulators right off the existing posts, or for more kick - get some fiberglass posts and have an interior fence that is hot, about a foot away from the chicken wire fence. That way no horns can get near the fence.

If need be, wrap those horns with aluminium foil... JUST KIDDING!!!.... (but after awhile of fixing fence - sure sounds good eh? VBG) ZAPPPP!!

Good Luck!!! Fence is as stong as the weakest point. (I've spent years figuring this out for many different species and boy does it try your patience!)
