Hi,

I thought about posting this question to the previous snake post and then realized since it was so far down on the list i would post a new thread about snakes. I have a question for you about a type of snake. No, don't intedn to kill it....it was already dead in the road. We just moved here to AR as i mentione din my earlier reply to the post on snakes. I remember your mentioning that you kenw about snakes and that you had a book.

I would like to know if you might know the type of snake this is, I saw a dead snake in the road a few days ago. it was different form any other snakes I had seen. it was green, like an olive green, had either dull yellow or yellowish bands on it. i couldn't see the size, but it was fat and about 3 ft or so long. what kind of snake is this? Thanks,
Bernice
