I'd be worried about some kind of slipped disk, or misplaced vertabre. When you have trama to the spinal cord the swelling can cause the nerves and vescles in the spinal process to swell - and the little hole they travel in "spinal foramana" is too small for the now inflamed nerves, pinching them off - which can cause paralysis or other not so fun things to happen. (did I actuially learn some usefull stuff in college pathology? woo hoo!)

I'd try to bring her in for a radiogaph to see if anything is out of alinement. If not, the vet can prob give her steriods for the swelling, or else you know what other options you have early on.

Bossism happens, I've had animals get hurt in the past fighting over keyhole feeders, ect. You never know when the herd queen has a bad day and pushes the unlucky one the wrong way.

good luck, hope I shed a little light
