oh great what is acorn poisioning. I got a ton of them that fall off the trees and the goats normally stay away from them, but I have seen them crunch on them once in a while. It is impossible for me to remove them..there are so many you know what I mean??
Thanx to my wonderful friend goat mom she called me tonight. I went out and checked on him, again, and the hard breathing seemed to have stopped some..for now anyway. Also checked his belly and felt a little rumen movement, not much but a little bit. gave him some veggie oil and stayed w/him a while..he seems to want to eat..and he is not laying around or anything..I have a feeling i am going to be in and out checking all night if I cant' sleep..(smile)..I will keep you posted
