Hi Karen, and thank you for taking the time to type that out. I am going to print it out and use it :-) I have been fat since I was about 26 to 28 months old. Just got the doctor's approval to do something real serious. I got a job at the sheriffs office as a dispatcher and I just dread the thought of having to get fitted for my uniform.
