he looked so pathetic..but after what 2 days he is taking that bottle like he was bottle fed from day one..Even my father in law thinks it is strange..but he looks so caved in still..he is one month old and a tiny thing.

I saw him eating some hay and drinking some water today..so I guess he will be fine!

We have one calf that is bigger than the others and he hides behind him. I found out it is that calf that "broke him out"..He sticks his head in the slates of the gate and pulls until it comes loose..so he can come out and play. My son still locks the calf up at night and lets him free in the morning after his morning feeding. We caught that other calf opening the door for him after my son went in the house..
