I have 6 wethers ranging from -1yr to 8+yrs that were all "give-aways" and I took in over the last 9 mos.
For the last couple days I've noticed some soft stools but no signs of real diahrea. This morning in their pen I found a patch of what appears to be partially digested hay & corn. There has been no change in feed lately, but for the last few days I have been letting them out in the driveway to get some exercise. The drive is still covered in 2-3" of packed snow (new last week) so there shouldn't be any danger of any vehicle fluids and I haven't used any salt or anything on the ice. Nothing is growing here in northern Wisconsin yet so they can't have got to any poison plants.
I think it is the swiss alpine who is almost 2 yrs.old. 3 weeks ago he had pink-eye, got med. from vet and for the last 2 weeks his eyes have been clear but one is runny again today. Over the last few months he's been getting thinner across his back and rump but looking bigger in shoulders and neck, I thought this was just maturing but could it be something more serious?
They all are all acting and eating normally.
