Helene Just take slow and deep breathes..:)
Can you tell if the ligaments that run along the base of Eris tail are soft or still firm? The ligaments will all but disappear when they are within 6 to 12 hours of kidding. You really can't go by their udders. Some goats don't come into or drop their milk until after they kid. If I lived closer i would come and spend the night in the barn with you and Eris.. Happy kidding.. P>S. That baby monitor doesn't sound like a bad idea right about now, does it? Really it sounds like you have everything under control, but yourself. Relax and enjoy.. I know, better said then done.. Make sure Mike drenches Eris with the Proylene Glycol until she goes back on her feed or until she kids witch ever comes first. Sandy & Kids
