Checking goats a dozen times a day and 1/2 the night is fun to start with. Nothing happens for days so you decide to go to town and low and behold when you come back, there is one that tried to have baby's and maybe one out of the twins live. For one stupid reason or the other, freak accidents happened and we loose one. Now the goats are suppose to start coming in today again for the 2nd round. I hope our luck goes better. This stretch should finish the big bunch out. The twins we got the other day..we let out for exercise last night. Seen one had it's butt all goo'd shut and the little doe was really gant. Mom didn't want her suck I guess. So we have to hold the nanny and let the little one suck. Does anyone think she will take the little nanny back? We only had her at the house long enough to get her moving and on her feet cause she was to cold then we gave her back. Not over 1/2 hour I don't think. Thanks to all for being here.
