I think whenever anyone of us hears about a lump or a bump we jump to the CL conclusion, I know I do. Of course if I had a bump I would think I have cancer. But I think with the location of the bump it is probably not CL. She may, like Karen, said have been poked with a thorn, or spear of hay and have a localized infection. I had a goat last winter with a lump under her chin, as some of you may remember.I had it tested and it was a staph infection and it resolved on it own, without me really doing anything. The doe is fine and had a beautiful set of triplet does for me. I shudder when I had thoughts of sale barning her to not deal with CL. I almost just gave her to a friend who has abcesses and doesn't mind dealing with them. That would have been a windfall for her. Anyhow, let us know what happens with her.
