Kicked, Bunted, Beaten - now what do I do??

Midwest Buck Sale 35cc Syringe

Have a nanny, first time milker, one kid. Has the sorriest looking teat that I have ever seen - either cut it up or kid had chewed holy h--l out of it. Took the kid off her for a couple of days and milked the one bad side. Regular goat rodeo -it was healing and I (not the wisest thing I ever did)let the kid back on her again. Now it is worse than ever - bag on the one side is swollen with milk and a heck of a mess. Treating the wound is not my problem - getting the milk out it is. Even with 2-3 holding her, tying her back and front, holding her head, etc. Just no go. She gets so stressed that I'm afraid that she is going to drop dead of a heart attack. I have a needle that is used on a cow to drain a bad teat but can't seem to get it in - hole is just too small. Called the vet - she says only one size available. Now what?? Has anyone any ideas? I don't want her bag to go bad as she is a really nice doe and loads of milk. Ajax (the kid) is nursing from the other side and I am stealing milk from other does to keep him in milk so that department is OK. Sorry for rambling but just came in from the barn in tears as I don't know what to do next.
