Hi Gary, to be honest, I have not had time to even come on the board this week..I am sure everyone is equally as busy..or like you said..scratching their head..cause I know I still am. He continues to improve, so that is a good sign..I just wish I knew what was wrong w/him just so I know..I guess if I would have taken him to the vet though..(smirk)...that might have given me my answer..We had given my father in law instructions to take him, if he had gotten worse, or did not improve, but thankfully he improved! Like I said before, we are still paying for a $300.00 + c-section...ouuuucccchhhh..

Oh Bill E loves the extra attention he is getting though..our goats are so spoiled! So spoiled as a matter of fact that it took Eris like 3 days to even come to me after we got back from vacation..LOL...She would just look at me like..well if you are gonna leave me w/strangers for a week..then to heck w/you..

Anyway, thank you for answering..we may never know..what caused it, I am just thankful he is ok. Perhaps you are right, about the hay, but I checked and double checked it and there is no mold or anything on it..could have just been that bail..I don't know.. I will let you know if I come up with anything else.
