Shadow Valley Soap Elastrator

I just found a 10 day old doeling in the barn that appears to have lost the use of her back end.
She appears alert, no other sign of distress, but cannot bear any weight on back legs. When I stand her up, she can weight bear on front legs, but back legs just staggle straight out behind her. Does Floopy kid syndrome only affect back legs? It was raining and all the goats huddled into one end of the barn - is it possible she was layed on? and if so, why just the back legs. She is just like a little rag doll from the hips back.

Otherwise, she appears fine.
