Just a thought,
There are various toxic plants that can cause a goat to experience such symptoms. Some toxins act quickly with others take affect after a time of build up in the system.
If you suspect such, this site has a good listing of various toxic plants....

You may need to increase the amount of thiamin and you will need to treat for at least a week. Give every 2 to 4 hours the first day or so then 3 times a day for another 5 to 7 days. Give a probiotic or yogurt to replenish the digestive microbes that would normally produce thiamin. It is thiamin that you need to give in adequate amounts to treat polio and help treat listeriosis. If you are using Fortified B Complex (has 100 mg/ml thiamin) you need to give 1 cc per 20 pounds, if you are using the Regular B Complex (has 12.5 mg/ml thiamin) you need to give 1 cc per 3 pounds. Give by SQ injection, don't inject more than 5 to 7 cc into one site. Don't worry about overdosing, any extra B vitamins are excreted in the urine. But she MUST HAVE adequate thiamin to recover.

You can mix up a batch of Magic (1 part molasses, 1 part vegetable oil, 2 parts Karo Syrup with a bit of warm water to thin it some) and give her 2-3 ounces 2 to 3 times a day for energy.

She could have listeriosis, a similar condition but caused by a bacterial brain infection. Start giving her penicillin at 1 cc per 15 pounds by SQ injection every 6 hours for the first day then twice a day for 5 to 7 more days.

Be sure to keep her propped up on her chest, if she lays out flat she is prone to fatal bloat. Prop her head up on a pillow or rolled blanket.

Be sure to "drape" he over a hay bale 3 to 4 times a day and flex and extend her legs and massage them to prevent the muscles and ligaments from permanent atrophy. This can happen in just one or two days of laying down.

Contaminated feed or hay is the usual cause of both of these conditions. Eating straight from the ground (like eating spilled chicken feed) can cause both. Listeria bacteria is found in most soil. Polio is caused by the digestive microbes being killed off from eating moldy feed or hay, giving oral antibiotics, Corid can cause a thiamin deficiency....

I found my goat having seizures tuesday morning. Called the emergency vet who reccommended vitamin B complex. That stopped the seizures, and she rested all of yesterday, but today she is unable to even hold her head up and only can drink a few sips of water at a time. Her muscles are still shaking a little, and she only seems to see out of one eye. I have continued with the vit B, and have been giving her ReSorb every few hours. Is it to late? Or is there something else I can do to help her get her strength? I hate to give up too soon, but I hate to have her just lie there breathing. . . Please help!!
