Also look for a sweeling in the throat area. Some very well fed youngsters get "Milk Goiter". Here a a link to an article.

3-month old kid seems to act if it is choking when it eats weight seems to be normal,wormed very well haven't checked inside of its mouth,no sore-ness on its nose or mouth seems to be having throat discomfort. eats a bite or two and stands back and appears to choke a little.just noticed this the past 2-3 weeks.will check-out more Sat.

You will have to give more information. Does it cry? Stop eating? Grunt? How old is the kid? Have you looked at the kid's mouth? Neck? Check for cleft palate. Does it have a sore nose or lips? Is the lower jaw normal? Is it bloated? Does it have a fever? How long has this gone on?
