Some of my goats do this too. They are fine and I suspect it is something like laryngitis caused by allergies.

Two of my pregnant boer does have what I can only describe as larangitis. These two does are normaly very vocal, they still are but the volume of the bleats is very low and squeaky. Not there normal deep throated bleat at all. Otherwise they seem healthy and are normal. Could this be a sign of something more serious? I have searched everywhere for this and couldn't find any case of symtoms like these. Thank you for your help.
