Hey everyone. Thanks for your responses, but unfortunately no one is able to help me with the goats. So it looks like I am going to have to put all of them down as much as it breaks my heart to do it. Thanks.

Hi Amanda,

If you want homes for them contact a local rescue, but as you know they are definitely not to be used for breeding. I had a pet goat with CAE, but he did not live long, but I loved him dearly. A website you may want to go to is www.petfinder.com, there you can see the locations and addreses/phones of many rescues all over the united states and you may find a rescue near you to post your goats for you as a courtesy.

Please help! I live in northern California and am looking for a new home for 12 does, 2 doelings, 2 bucklings, and one pygme that have either CL or CAE or both. I have until January 25,2007 to get them off our ranch or we have to euthanize them. The does are wonderful girls with amazing pedigrees and give beautiful babies. I am just not allowed to keep them here anymore. I will haul them anywhere in California. I just don't want them killed. Can anyone help me please? This is really important. PLEASE HELP! Anyone is welcome to them. Research facility, people, companies, ANYONE! Thank you.
