Go in, straighten out the tangled kids and deliver them. Once the water breaks, you should have the first kid within 30 minutes. If the kids are tangled they won't present themselves into the cervix and the doe won't push. The kids may still be alive if the umbilical cords haven't broken but the uterus has been shrinking this whole time and you are rounning out of room to work in. You can put your hand through the cervix into the uterus to straighten the kids out.

I think we are too late but I'll give it a try. We have a doe who passed her water bag last night around 11pm. It is now 5am ish and she is not pushing. She does little pushes here and there but nothing to get the kids out. My husband says the babies have to at least present before we can go in and help. I just checked her and when I lift her tail there is a very small stream of fluid coming out.She is a doe that normally has trips and I'm pretty sure we've lost the kids. What should we do? Thanks.
