Ordering and Paying by Telephone We accept orders via telephone. When you order by telephone, you will be asked for your credit or debit card information so that we may process your payment via PayPal. In most cases, your payment method will be approved within 12 hours. In some cases, payment approval can take up to 4 working days.

Quality & Security Assurance Program Your order is very important to us! The quality of our products is also important as well as your own online security when ordering. There are alot of scams occuring on the Internet, especially involving cases of credit card fraud. For this reason, we have implemented a Quality & Security program to provide a 100% rate of customer satisfaction. We will not lie to you. We've had problems in the past with various orders for one reason or another. And many of these problems could be traced back to lack of communication; either on our part or the customers part. But in business, the customer is always right. They are either right or they are not a customer. With the ever-increasing amount of junk email that one receives and must sort through in a day, mistakes are bound to happen. This is why it is important to us that we establish a good line of communication before we ship products or expect you to pay for an order. If you have placed an order for items and have not heard back from us personally within at least 24 hours regarding that order, please send us a follow-up email to gary@goatworld.com. And if we discover that we made an error with your order; not received in time or as promised, damaged merchandise, wrong item, etc., we will work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
