How To Order
We are currently upgrading our ordering system to provide an "error-free" process. For the time being, please go to the item(s) you wish to order and submit the order form to us. Once your order has been reviewed, you will be contacted to confirm your order and make arrangement for payment options.

Online Payments
The GoatWorld Store now exclusively uses PayPal for online payment processing. PayPal gives the customer the ability to pay for their merchandise using either debit or credit cards. Please note, our PayPal account name is:

Ordering and Paying by Telephone
We accept orders via telephone. When you order by telephone, you will be asked for your credit or debit card information so that we may process your payment via PayPal. In most cases, your payment method will be approved within 12 hours. In some cases, payment approval can take up to 4 working days.

Ordering and Paying by Check or Money Order
We accept orders that are paid by either check or money order. In these cases, it is highly recommended that you either telephone or email us with your order details so that we may give you an exact amount to send. For orders involving personal checks, your order will be shipped once your check has cleared our bank (usually 3 to 10 working days).

Bad Checks
Anyone paying with checks that are returned marked NSF (Insufficient Funds) or AC (Account Closed) will be subject to an additional charge of $25.00 plus the original amount of the order, and/or up to three times the value of the check (subject to your state laws and the state law of Colorado governing bad checks).

Quality & Security Assurance Program
Your order is very important to us! The quality of our products is also important as well as your own online security when ordering. There are alot of scams occuring on the Internet, especially involving cases of credit card fraud. For this reason, we have implemented a Quality & Security program to provide a 100% rate of customer satisfaction.

We will not lie to you. We've had problems in the past with various orders for one reason or another. And many of these problems could be traced back to lack of communication; either on our part or the customers part. But in business, the customer is always right. They are either right or they are not a customer.

With the ever-increasing amount of junk email that one receives and must sort through in a day, mistakes are bound to happen. This is why it is important to us that we establish a good line of communication before we ship products or expect you to pay for an order.

If you have placed an order for items and have not heard back from us personally within at least 24 hours regarding that order, please send us a follow-up email to gary@goatworld.com.

And if we discover that we made an error with your order; not received in time or as promised, damaged merchandise, wrong item, etc., we will work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer. That is our commitment to Quality and Security to you!
