The shipping charge is included for most items, however, due to the diversity of our products, some items will not have the shipping charge included (these items are clearly marked) and we contact the customer after an order is received on our end to determine the best method of shipping for that item. Some items are also marked with an ** sign and the term "shipping can be combined for this item" is also stated. On these items, we can often include other items in the package at no extra charge for shipping. An example is that a customer orders 5 pounds of Seaweed Meal which is marked **. We can often include 5 pounds more in the shipping container items such as Dolomite, Goat Mineral, Sulfur, Ammonium Chloride, etc. How We Ship We ship most items via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, based upon the best shipping rates we can obtain for any specific item. Based upon the needs of the customer and the type of item that is being shipped, we can ship in any mode that is required. We will try our best to work with you on getting you the best price on shipping for products that do not include free shipping. As of 2007, our preferred method of shipping is Flat Rate Priority Mail which generally allows for up to 10 pounds of merchandise (Seaweed Meal, Sulfur, etc.). The current cost for this shipping rate is $8.95. Your order is paid for, processed, packaged, and a label is created through the USPS in which a copy will be sent to you with tracking information. This is much easier on us and the customer in the long run. Orders of large quantities generally require UPS shipping. You should contact us prior to ordering to determine which shipping method will suit your needs.
