You do need to take his temp but also take the temp of one that is feeling good so you can see what the normal for the day is. Sometimes when it is extremely hot it is not unusual for one temp to near 104 and not be sick. Kay : Tracey,

: Gary pretty much said it all. Temperature would be an important thing to know. Is he chewing a cud, and do you hear any activity in his stomach? Also, what does his breathing sound like, is it raspy or clear? As Gary said, in hot weather, pneumonia can come on quickly.
