A nanny about 2-3 years old, raised twins, and now has a swollen face. See no signs of bottle jaw. She has been wormed and can see no sign of a snake bite. Her face doesn't feel swollen but her face shape is not right. She is eating and appears normal except for the face. Has anyone ever seen this before? Would appreciate any help.
