Hello, Gary
She does not have a temp. We have been feeding extruded cotton pellets and round bales of wheat hay to all of our herd along with pasture that is matua grass. We first saw her limping on her hind leg and then falling the next day. We have given her 1cc bantamine twice daily. We wormed them two months ago using dextomax. She is not any better. We have made a hammock into a sling to get her weight off of her legs. She doesn't even try to stand. We gave her dexamethoson tonight and the vet said that it may make her abort but maybe not. He recommended by Monday that we need to give it up. We still have to tube her every day with water and propa glycol and I put alfafa hay into her mouth and she will chew it up but she doesn't want to eat. She will lay her head into my chest or in my lap and wants so much lovin. Sunday she will be down for 1 week. She just seems so alert and doesn't act sick except for not eating/drinking. Mystery---- We are thinking about having an autopsy done on her----if and when......... can't hardly think about it. I will let you know what the outcome is when we know. Thanks for caring. By the way
her name is "Socks". She's been a trooper.

Kim
