I've never had one born this early but my guess would be it's having trouble getting it's temperature regulated. Take the baby's temperature when it starts to shiver and see if it's below normal. I would feed the baby every two hours and keep it as warm as possible. I wouldn't worry about the urination...I figure if they pee a lot it means they're getting plenty of fluid...it's when they don't pee that I worry. Hopefully someone with more experience here will show up to help. Good luck.
