It will all depend upon the amount the got into and if it has impacted (stuffed so much in the rumen that none can get out) You really need to tube oil into them, giving oil by mouth is risky since they can inhale this. Also baking soda, to break up the bubbles the gas will make, of the fermenting grain, and also do not do anything to stop the diarrhea. You want then to clean this out of their system. Lots of good grass hay, no more grain, and some folks will give penecillin by mouth to stop the toxin formation also. This is a good time to have a good vet or knowledgeable goat mentor to show you how to tube. Good luck with your goats, and keep grain locked up tight! Goats are very smart! Vicki
