Three and four teats
Shadow Valley Soap Castration Rings

I started thinking about the post regarding the three teat tribulation and suddenly remembered that we too have a little 1/2 Nubian, 1/2 boer twin doe that has four teats. She is only about 5 months now but from what I can tell, all four teats may be functional. Her nanny has a very large udder and produces alot of milk so I'm hoping that this combination has worked out well.

She is a little sweetheart of a doe and I wish there were a way to show her but only dad was registered. She came out with a nearly solid red head and a light white stripe down her nose. Now her twin brother on the other hand has two small but definitely distinct teats. So in thinking about Bernices post on the Nubians carrying that trait - it must be.

These two goats have the nicest disposition I've ever seen. You can walk right up to them and pick them up and fondle them. The nanny is that way too. Very gentle. It would be difficult parting with any of them.

Best regards,
