I get a loose Purina horse mineral and the brick is called Ranch King, I think and is for horses, need that copper.
My mineral feeded is a 4 inch by approx 2' piece of pvc with a "y" glued to it with a cap glued on the bottom of that and a cap on the top to remove and pour the mineral in. They lick the mineral out of the "y" sticking out. We just used a metal strap to hold it on the fence under a shed. One is all you need since it is available all the time they don't have to fight over it except for a few minutes after you add fresh mineral. I won mine in a raffle and it is one of the best prizes I have ever won. Sure won't wear out.
