It won't grow back perfectly but it will probably heal. Dehorning now is a very bloody and painful experience. You might apply a spray antiseptic and update his tetanus vaccine or give the tetanus antitoxin.

One of my boer goat crosses that is almost 2 months old has broken one of his little horn buds. Is there anything that i can treat it with that might help keep it from getting infected? Also, will it grow back since he is so young or should i go ahead and dehorn him now???
