I called him this morning actually and requested he send some in for a test. It started bugging me really bad last night-especially after reading that it is a thick grey or yellow or greenish pus. This was yellowish/white. A very pale yellow but still. I was so happy when he said it wasn't CL but now I'm freaking out again. Hopefully he still has some of it. Cindy | ||

Cindy did he just look at it and tell you that I would have him send it for a culture to be on the safe side here in KY the vets don't seem to have time to test anything but it is safer to have it tested he make be exactly right on this one. I wrote in a few times about a lump on the side of my doe behind her belly in front of her hip. Went to the vet today and he stuck it with a needle and nothing came out-I thought it was over. But then as he was trying to seperate the mass from her tissue with the knife he got thick puss. He said it was not CL!!!! YEAH!!! He said the puss had dried up a bit and it looked old. But the lump was only a couple of weeks old. Maybe it got hit again and stirred it from what used to big a bigger flat lump. Who knows my girl is healthy (No CL) and I / we couldn't be happier.
